Refund policy

Returns


We currently do not accept returns. In the unlikely event that the product received is not in its intended condition, is damaged, or is missing parts at the time of delivery, a replacement of the same item will be arranged. However, it is necessary for the customer to record an unboxing video of the original sealed package to facilitate the replacement or refund process. Any issues with the item(s) should be reported within 4 days of receipt along with the video of unboxing the damaged product. The replacement will be issued once the product is received and inspected for eligibility. We will notify you via email about the status of the replacement.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We offer refund on articles that cannot be replaced. Once the product is received and inspected for eligible returns, we will send you an email notifying you that a refund has been initiated. Your refund will be processed in your original method of payment within 7-10 working days from the receipt of the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For orders placed using the Partial COD payment option (10% prepaid and the rest payable on delivery), please note: the 10% prepaid amount will not be refunded if the customer fails to receive or accept the package at the time of delivery.

Cancellation 

The order can only be cancelled only before it is dispatched. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase. However, if the order has been dispatched, it can not be cancelled.

Please note in some cases the order can be cancelled by the seller due to item(s) unavailability or reasons not listed here. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
In case of a Cash on Delivery order, we will reach out for a confirmation. If we don't obtain a prompt confirmation, the order will be cancelled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, it is necessary for the customer to record an unboxing video of the original sealed package to facilitate the replacement or refund process.

 

Exchanges
We currently do not accept exchanges for any items. In an unlikely case where the product received is not in its intended condition, is damaged or missing parts at the time of delivery, a replacement of the same article will be arranged, provided, the issue in such item(s) should be reported within 4 days of the receipt of the item along with unboxing video of the original sealed package to facilitate the replacement process. The replacement will be issued once the the product is received and inspected for eligible replacement, we will send you an email notifying you about the replacement.
