Bulk order FAQs
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing starts at 25 pieces. Below that we're happy to help, but the order is priced at standard retail rates.
How far in advance should I place a bulk order?
Allow two to three weeks, since every piece is handcrafted rather than pulled off a shelf. For festive season — especially Diwali — send your brief by early October. Larger orders and custom branding need longer, and we'll tell you honestly at quote stage if a date isn't achievable.
Can you put our company logo on the packaging?
Yes. We offer logo-embossed or printed packaging, printed insert cards, ribbon in your brand colours, and handwritten notes per recipient. Wedding orders can carry the couple's names and date. Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) if you have one.
Do you provide GST invoices for corporate orders?
Yes — a GST invoice is issued on every bulk and corporate order, which makes the spend claimable as a business expense.
Can you ship to each recipient individually?
Yes. We can dispatch to a single office address or to each recipient separately anywhere in India. Send us a spreadsheet of names and addresses and we'll handle the rest, including a personal note in each box.
Can we see a sample before committing?
On larger orders we send a physical sample of the finished hamper — products, packaging and branding — for approval before production begins. For smaller orders we share detailed photographs of the exact build.
What is actually in a Lair Living gift?
Handcrafted brass, copper and kansa décor and dining; 100% pure soy wax candles; phthalate-free reed diffusers and room mists in ten fragrances; handmade stoneware ceramics; and candle flower bouquets. Everything is made by artisans in India.
Can we mix products from different categories in one hamper?
Yes, and most clients do. A candle, a diffuser and one brass piece is the combination that works hardest at most budgets. Tell us your spend per gift and we'll build the options around it.
