Same Day Delivery – Terms & Conditions

- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Delivery Guarantee: While every effort is made to ensure same-day delivery, in rare cases, orders may be delivered the next day due to unforeseen circumstances. Lair Living does not guarantee same-day delivery.
- Prepaid Orders Only: Same-day delivery is valid only for prepaid orders.
- Exact Delivery Location: After placing the order, please share the exact delivery location via the WhatsApp message you will receive. Delivery cannot proceed without accurate location details.
- Coverage Area: Same-day delivery is available only in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Faridabad, within areas accessible by services like Porter, Uber, or similar.
- Delivery Exceptions: Lair Living cannot be held responsible if delivery partners or riders are unavailable. In such cases, customers will be offered either:
  - A full refund, or
  - Delivery through our standard courier partners like Delhivery or Blue Dart on the next available date.
- Order Modifications: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed for same-day delivery. Any changes may result in rescheduling to the next day.
- Product Availability: Same-day delivery is subject to product availability at the time of order. In case of unavailability, customers will be contacted immediately with options.
- Liability: Lair Living is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery partners.
- Please note in some cases the order can be cancelled by us due to item(s) unavailability or reasons not listed here. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
